What To Expect In An Akashic Reading?

Session Flow

Each Akashic Records Reading is approximately 60 – 90 minutes in length.

  • Introduction (approx. 15 minutes.)
  • Grounding and Energy Work (approx. 10 minutes.)
  • Opening of the Akashic Records (approx. 5 minutes.)
  • Channeling & Q+A (approx. 45 minutes.)
  • Session closing and debrief (approx. 5 minutes.)

Session Prep

In order to get the most from your Akashic Records session please have the following.

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can be fully present and free from distractions.
  • Have water nearby, as energetic work can sometimes leave you feeling thirsty or emotionally processed afterward.
  • Keep a journal or notebook close by for any insights, reflections, or messages that resonate during the session.

  • This is a live, one-on-one 90-minute session.
  • You can ask about love, relationships, career, purpose, creativity, life transitions, recurring patterns, healing, or anything else you’re seeking clarity around.
  • Each session is recorded so you may return to the messages received, revisit what came through, and catch anything you may have missed the first time around
